This is a TEMP TO HIRE position, with the seasonal contract ending on March 30th. However, there will be permanent opportunities for other accounts available afterward.

What You'll Be Doing:
Responding to customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, always maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor.
Handling basic eligibility and benefits questions for dental providers.
Documenting each interaction and resolution in our computer tracking system.
Retaining and recalling information effectively.
Meeting customer requests and concerns with professionalism.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Working independently while adhering to your assigned schedule.
Multi-tasking across several computer applications during customer interactions.
What Skills You Will Need:
A minimum of one year of previous call center experience.
Willingness to attend 100% of classroom training.
Experience in the dental care industry is a strong plus.
A passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals in a time-sensitive environment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance.
Work from Home Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you will need the following equipment:
Computer: Desktop or laptop (Apple/Mac, tablets, or smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are NOT compatible).
Operating System: Windows 10 or newer.
Webcam: Video capability is required.
Specifications: Minimum of 4GB of RAM and a Dual Core 2 GHz processor or better.
Internet: High-speed internet via wired ethernet connection; no Wi-Fi, satellite, or hotspot. Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps and download speed of 16 Mbps.
USB Headset: With a noise-canceling microphone (recommendations include Jabra, Plantronics, or Logitech).
Phone: Access to a cell phone, tablet, or landline for multifactor authentication.
Monitors: Must have two monitors or one monitor that is 32" or larger.
