This full time, non-exempt position, reports to the Production Manager. The starting hourly rate of pay,
depending on experience is $25--$35. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus program.

The tile setter / installer will be responsible for tile work assigned to each home we build. The candidate will have 3-5 years of solid tile work and familiarity with related tools to be successful in this role.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 3 years of tile setting and installation experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English and have ability to read prints/orders.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to present to all levels of team members.
KEY COMPETENCIES - Ability to use tile related tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment, prioritize responsibilities, and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment, using sound judgment in decision-making.
Our final candidate must successfully pass a post offer, pre-employment drug test and background check as well as a basic physical to work in the production facility.
The ability to lift/push/pull 50+ on a regular basis is required as well as the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
