Key Responsibilities for Traveling Meat Manager: Meat Cutting and Processing: Efficiently and safely cut and process beef, pork, and poultry, ensuring minimal waste. Inventory Management: Work closely with the store management to ensure inventory is maintained, rotated, and fresh. Inform about the stock requirements and manage the timely replenishment.
