The Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, helping to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency. This role is ideal for a resourceful individual who excels at multitasking and thrives in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Perform data entry, document preparation, and record management.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
  • Assist in managing email inboxes and responding to inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
