About EduConnect Online:

EduConnect Online is a dedicated initiative program branch of Precious Pairs Inc designed to support the continuity of education for children affected by natural disasters. Our mission is to minimize educational disruption for these children by providing comprehensive virtual learning opportunities. Through collaborations with educators, volunteers, and various stakeholders, we strive to ensure every child has access to quality education, irrespective of their circumstances.

Position Objective:

The Virtual Learning Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the implementation and success of EduConnect Online. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the virtual learning environment, ensuring that children who have been through natural disasters continue to receive an uninterrupted and quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver virtual learning programs for children affected by natural disasters.
• Coordinate with educators and volunteers to organize online classes, tutoring sessions, and the distribution of educational materials.
• Engage with stakeholders, including educational institutions, non-profits, and community leaders, to gather support and resources for the program.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of virtual learning initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to improve student engagement and outcomes.
• Facilitate training and support for educators and volunteers on best practices for virtual instruction and engagement with children in crisis situations.
• Ensure that the virtual learning content is accessible, engaging, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of children affected by natural disasters.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and community members to keep them informed about the program's progress and to gather their feedback.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to integrate emotional and psychological support into the learning environment.
