Retirement Planning Representative - Virtual Advisor

We establish each representative with pre-scheduled appointments to conduct pension reviews & retirement analysis. These appointments are with pre-qualified prospects whose objective is to learn about their retirement benefits. At Retire Lab, our advisors have school district employees to see without cold calling or spending thousands on leads.

We’re Experts on Retirement
Retire Lab's platform is positioned for success in the 403(b)/457 market. Schools Districts outsource their retirement plans to independent firms like Forthright. It’s our job to enroll a school district employee into their supplemental workplace retirement plan. Our position as an “Approved Vendor” provides a strong meeting dynamic where your advice is respected. All contributions are done through payroll deductions, and you can cross promote life insurance products or investment advisory services.

Pre-scheduled appointments
Company provided training resources by video, interactive webinars, and step-by-step instructions
Strategic marketing and tactical branding strategies
Ongoing assistance with underwriting, new business, advance case design and business planning
Position Requirements
Life Insurance License (Required)
Must have or willing to obtain life license in the following states: FL, MA, IL, MI, or OH
Series 65/66 license (Preferred)
At least 5 years of financial services experience
Proven and successful sales background
Annuity and/or AUM production of at least 5 million over the last 2 years
This is a 1099 independent contractor position
