Client Summary:

  • Optimized Scheduling: Allows CMRs to be performed within standard scanner time slots.
  • Technologist-Friendly: Reduces the stress associated with conducting MRI scans.
  • Patient-Centric: Improves comfort and convenience for patients during scans.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals and objectives.
    • Create and manage marketing campaigns that generate awareness and interest in the AI-driven cardiac imaging solutions.
    • Build a powerful lead generation engine to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Brand Awareness and Positioning:
    • Establish and enhance their brand presence in the cardiac imaging and AI sectors.
    • Develop and execute PR strategies to generate media coverage and thought leadership.
    • Overhaul existing market positioning to better reflect the company’s innovative offerings.
    • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials.
    • Provide insights and training to the sales team to improve their understanding of the market and product positioning.
    • Develop and refine messaging that resonates with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Provide insights to inform product development and business strategy.
  • Digital Advertising and Lead Generation:
    • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Leverage organic efforts, conference presence, PR, and directed outreach via email campaigns to generate leads during the initial commercialization phase.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company grows, initially through contractors and later full-time employees.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the marketing department and across the organization.
    • Act as a strategic thought partner with the CEO and Head of Sales, providing input on overall business strategy and direction.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the cardiac imaging, medical imaging, or AI healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a track record of navigating ambiguity and driving market entry strategies.
  • Experience in downstream marketing, with a focus on demand generation, lead generation, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other marketing technology tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the cardiac imaging field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and reimbursement landscape in the healthcare industry.
