FERRARI OF NEWPORT BEACH is seeking an experienced WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST . Hours are Saturday from 9am to 5pm.

Job Description:

The Receptionist is in charge of answering phones and miscellaneous office duties as assigned. The right candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Heavy phones and basic computer literacy are necessary for this position.
• Greet guests and callers in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Ring up merchandise in CDK
• Assist sales/marketing team with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Skills/Education required to perform the role:

• Minimum 2 year experience as receptionist
• Communication skillscommunicate effectively with others
• Time Managementability to manage one's own time
• Typingability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system
• Mathematicsability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Pay: $18.00 / hour
