Job Description: Escape Ensemble Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Work From Home Office Assistant. As a remote member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our travel consultants and ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel documents.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather travel preferences, provide itinerary updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Travel Planning: Collaborate with our travel consultants to research destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget constraints.
Itinerary Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including flight arrangements, hotel reservations, transportation, and excursion bookings.
Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and financial transactions. Ensure all documentation is properly filed and organized for easy access.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of travel arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. Address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns. Offer personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance the overall travel experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate travel logistics and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
