Job Description

Job Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing system designs.
Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a strong focus on job site safety.
Use hand and power tools proficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and plumbing system modifications.
Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and anticipating challenges.
Interact with customers, documenting work and maintaining accurate records.
Stay current on manufacturers' products related to installation, operation, and repair.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience.
Ability to plan, layout, and install drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and elevator sump pumps.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
