About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced team of Support Workers in Halls Head (WA) to support a participant with complex and robust behaviours. Components of the supports include in-home support, assistance with self-care, domestic assistance, social engagement, and community participation.
Due to the participant's complex background, Male support workers are required for this position. This is recognised as a genuine discrimination exemption and is authorised under (Division 5 – Exceptions to Part II, Section 27 (2) of the Western Australia Equal Opportunity Act 1984).
