Your New Role as a HVAC Installation Manager:

  • Supervise, train, and support all installation personnel while maximizing crew capacity and efficiency.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service, proper job staging, equipment coordination, and results inspection.

  • Hire and train new employees, conduct ongoing team training, and resolve customer issues swiftly.

  • Monitor and coach installer performance, oversee payroll, and ensure daily revenue and sold-hour goals are met.

  • Analyze job expenses, maintain vehicle operations, and act as a liaison between the team and vendors.

  • You have 2-3 years of HVAC technical field experience, specifically in HVAC installation, with a strong background in residential installations and some knowledge of commercial installations.

  • You possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with additional knowledge of WrightSoft, load calculation, and estimator tools being a plus.

  • 2-3 years of HVAC technical field experience, specifically in HVAC installation (residential and some commercial), with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of WrightSoft, load calculation, and estimator tools is a plus.

  • EPA certification and TDLR license.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clear record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to resolve customer issues promptly, and a proactive, drug-free individual insurable by the company’s carriers.

  • Authorized to work in the US.
