Your New Role as a HVAC Installation Manager:
Supervise, train, and support all installation personnel while maximizing crew capacity and efficiency.
Ensure exceptional customer service, proper job staging, equipment coordination, and results inspection.
Hire and train new employees, conduct ongoing team training, and resolve customer issues swiftly.
Monitor and coach installer performance, oversee payroll, and ensure daily revenue and sold-hour goals are met.
Analyze job expenses, maintain vehicle operations, and act as a liaison between the team and vendors.

You're looking for an opportunity to transition from fieldwork to a managerial role, leveraging your hands-on experience to guide and develop your team.
You have 2-3 years of HVAC technical field experience, specifically in HVAC installation, with a strong background in residential installations and some knowledge of commercial installations.
You're driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to lead and mentor a team.
You possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with additional knowledge of WrightSoft, load calculation, and estimator tools being a plus.

2-3 years of HVAC technical field experience, specifically in HVAC installation (residential and some commercial), with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of WrightSoft, load calculation, and estimator tools is a plus.
EPA certification and TDLR license.
Valid driver’s license with a clear record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to resolve customer issues promptly, and a proactive, drug-free individual insurable by the company’s carriers.
Authorized to work in the US.
