Responsibilities:

  • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date
  • Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
  • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
  • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
  • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
  • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, existing coverage, and long-term goals
  • Expand prospective customer base and market our insurance products via warm leads, networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies
  • Attend weekly training calls/strategy calls (via Zoom) to improve & grow your business
  • Help others do the same by sharing experiences
  • No cold calling
  • Expand income potential with annual reviews

  • Ensure all contracting is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
  • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
  • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office
  • Candidates with an active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (we help you)
  • Enterprising mindset & disciplined drive
