Hello. My name is Don Viterelli. I am one of the hospital based radiology managers. I oversee the cat scan M. R. I. And ultrasound departments here in radiology. Um One of the most unique parts of my day coming to cooper is that I never know what I'm going to walk into. Um Which makes it very exciting because I love problem solving. I love helping out my coworkers. I love working with other department heads to try to provide the best patient care and also to ensure that our patients have the best outcome possible. Um The other part that I love is that everyone that I work with is part of my family, my second family, my home away from home family and I enjoy working with every single one of them and I really appreciate the care that cooper gives to its employees and to their patients and I'm happy to be part of this team.

Short Description Reporting to the Director of Radiology, The Manager of Interventional Radiology will provide effective leadership and direction to the IR department, promoting a collaborative and cohesive work environment. The manager shall oversee team recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development to foster a skilled and motivated workforce. Implement strategies to enhance team satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Obtains appropriate documentation from technical staff as well as participate in Primary Sourcing to ensure team are in compliance with State, National Accrediting Agencies, as well as compliance with all of Cooper's policies and corporate compliance requirements to include Annual Safety Training, PPD, Fit Testing and safety across the continuum.12-hour nights 36 or 48-hour contracts 1099 contractors only $72.25 per hour Requirements: MO or compact RN License Recent experience in LTAC setting Experience with vents/trachs/drips BLS and ACLS certification
