We are seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team in Lowell, MA, at our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality products in a modern and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools and power tools.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Conduct quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred.
Familiarity with electronic components and basic electrical concepts.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Position involves working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
