Practice Manager, Specialty Clinics Announcement #3395520 Jefferson Healthcare ( ) is looking for an experienced, patient-centered Practice Manager to join our Medical Group leadership team. This Practice Manager will be responsible for several of our specialty clinics, both existing and yet to be opened (for example: Cardiology, Sleep, OBGYN, ENT & Audiology, Pulmonology) As the Practice Manager, you will lead and mentor a diverse group of professionals which range from front desk to Medical Assistants to Providers and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical practice, with the exception of those areas involving professional medical judgment. This includes, but is not limited to: managing & providing analysis for business operations, informatics, process flow, scheduling, customer service, development of processes & procedures, and budget execution.
A successful candidate will possess and utilize strong communication skills, creativity and ability to build relationships to successfully lead the assigned department(s). They will also have the opportunity to open and operationalize new practices (as listed above) as we grow into and beyond 2025.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 3 years of supervisory experience required
- 5 years of experience in medical practice activities required
- Must stay current in knowledge base and meet Hospital-mandated education requirements

Responsibilities (please refer to the job description for full list): - Develops processes, procedures, and practices that support efficient and effective clinical operations
- Under the direction of leadership, supports and manages the flow of all policies and procedures through review and ensure compliance
- Ensure the operational efficiency and quality excellence of the operation
- Ensures adequacy of office and call coverage in light of provider schedules and patient flow
- Ensures the service provided is continually assessed and improved in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness, equitability, orientation towards patient needs, and other appropriate measures.
- Maintains all records and reports in compliance with government and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes
- Develops, executes, and manages annual operating budget for expenses, revenues, capital, and personnel. Implements actions to improve financial performance.
- Resolves patient and staff complaints within scope of authority
- Seeks out and takes advantage of opportunities to collaborate in order to streamline, consolidate, restructure and preserve resources
- Oversees physical location issues
- Performs supervisory functions: establish staffing needs, recommends/approves hiring, establishes work schedules, orients, trains, develops, and assures continuing education for staff, etc.
