Project Manager (Entry Level) job description
The Project Manager manages key client projects. They are responsible for every facet of a project, from parceling out tasks to picking materials. They should have the requisite skills and be able to focus on four critical aspects of a project or product delivery: Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. The Project Manager should be multi-talented when leading their team and have both hard and soft skills.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.
May require a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area and must have engineering experience. New Graduate or entry level accepted. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of other team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Working experience with any project management software tools like Microsoft Projects, Basecamp, Nifty, Teamwork Projects, Zoho Projects, Trello, Jira, Asana, Liquid Planner, Team Gantt, Backlog or similar programs is a plus.
Project Manager skills & proficiencies:
Ideal candidates would have at least one year of experience in a related role, the ability to communicate, and some formal training. PMP certification is a plus. Certification can be acquired through a professional association, a university or college, or through a specially focused online learning program.
