A leading PNW manufacturer of corrugated packaging is looking for a Receptionist to join their team! If you have a passion for customer service and over a year of front desk experience, then this could be a great opportunity for you!

In this full-time, temporary to hire Receptionist role you will be greeting walk-ins, managing daily phone calls, and supporting with various administrative tasks.

Receptionist Job Duties:

• Greeting and checking in visitors and vendors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing incoming/outgoing mail
• Cleaning and maintaining the reception area
• Assisting with data entry, filing, and other projects as assigned ?

You'll be successful in this role if you have strong customer service skills, are confident answering phones, and are reliable.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $21-$22/hr

Receptionist Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of front desk/reception experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with MS Suite
• Experience answering multi-line phones
