Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales and Membership Consultant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, promote our fitness benefits, explain our gym membership options, and discuss our online coaching programs for home gym users. If you're enthusiastic about fitness, love helping people, and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and current members to discuss our fitness benefits and membership options.
• Explain the features and advantages of our gym memberships, including flexible plans and exclusive member perks.
• Promote and provide detailed information about our online coaching classes tailored to clients with home gyms.
• Answer client inquiries and resolve any questions related to memberships, services, and promotions.
• Track and follow up with leads, helping them choose the right membership or service package for their needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly service.
• Accurately enter and manage client information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging way.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
