Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Attendant to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse organization. Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment is considered an asset and will aid in managing the demands of a multi-client setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock. Track and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments, optimizing space in the storage areas.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Follow established protocols for product placement and inventory arrangement.
  • Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately record inventory movements and shipments, utilizing warehouse management software.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment and report any safety issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar field.
  • 3PL experience is an asset.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
